V6 (originally called DC58 and DC59) was a very popular model, so all spares are available.
There were different variants of this model, such as V6 Animal, V6 Total Clean and V6 Absolute.
Certain parts like the battery fit all V6 models.
Other parts (such as the motorheads) are specific to the variant and not interchangeable.
Battery capacity can reduce over time, so if your V6 no longer runs for either 6 minutes when on MAX mode or around 18 minutes on NORMAL power mode, your V6 will probably need a new battery.
(These timings assume your V6 is performing properly, as many customers have mistakenly bought a new battery for their machine, when often it has been another issue)
V6 Service = £29 (plus cost of any spares if required)
V6 repair including a genuine battery = £80.
